Simply Thankful: Five Ideas for Bringing Gratitude Into Your Life


1.  Each night before you go to sleep, think of one thing that happened that day that you can be grateful for.

2.  Send an “I appreciate you” text or email to five people in your life who may not realize how what they do impacts you.

3.  Write down 5 things you are grateful for right now.  I mean, it, right this very second.

4.  For the next seven days, think of something you are grateful for every time you see a stop sign or a red light.

5.  Choose someone you are close to:  a friend, spouse, or family member, and make a special trip to select a greeting card that expresses appreciation or friendship.  And then mail it.
